Cindy L. Myers, PhD -- Executive Director

Cindy Myers holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, MA in Organization Development and a MA in Counseling Psychology. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1986. She has administered a diverse array of non-profit service programs, including domestic violence, adolescent services, community mental health, drug and alcohol, and youth and family therapy programs. Cindy is a member of the national advisory council for the National Wraparound Initiative. Cindy brings her expertise in group decision making, collaboration and social research to Family Network. She does the project design, training, and consultation. She also hosts our blogs and support forums online.

Marcus Small, MS, MFT -- Associate Director of Clinical Services

Marcus Small is an ordained minister and a Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years experience working in educational and case management settings with youth and families. Marcus is a member of the national advisory council for the National Wraparound Index.   Marcus oversees all service integration and coordination activities. He designs orientations for incoming teams and evaluates the effects of and participant satisfaction with the conference experience. He brings more than 20 years of experience working with high risk kids and families to his role in the Family Network project.

Ryan Pickrell, MSW -- Associate Director of Program Development

Ryan Pickrell oversees program and service model development. He provides Family Network team orientation, facilitation and coordination.  He has a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work with an emphasis in Child and Family Wellfare.  He is certified as: a Diversity Awareness Trainer, a Critical Indident Stress Management Debriefer, a Sexual Assault Counselor, and a Conflict Mediator with emphasis in Victim/Offender and Parent/Teen Mediation.  He has served on the boards of various non-profit organizations in both California and Massachusetts and has worked both as an administrator as well as a therapist in numerous organizations serving trauma survivors and their significant others.  His clinical experience includes short and long-term individual and group therapy with children, adolescents and adults.

Dana Pepp, LCSW -- Family Conference Facilitator

Dana Pepp is a mental health consultant, therapist, facilitator and educator. She has worked with diverse populations in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Marin counties. Her work with children, adolescents and families includes therapy, program development, education and training. Dana is bilingual (Spanish) and facilitates Family Network meetings in Spanish and English.

Rochelle Edwards, MFT -- Restorative Justice Facilitator

Rochelle Edwards is a mediator specializing in restorative justice methods. She has designed and implemented programs in San Quentin for parolees and inmates and developed CFRP's "restorative conference" program.
